Miriam started her journey with CrossFit in 2015. Her passion for the sport motivated her to become a qualified personal trainer and she has been working as a coach ever since. She is now a proud gym owner who trains clients in her spare time. Her specialties include general fat loss, coaching kids, pregnancy and post-partum training.

James is a proud Niuean and Kiwi with a passion for health and well-being. He has experience working with all ages from five years old right through to 60 plus.
